Hi, I am the Neighbourhood Policing Team Inspector for Peterlee and the surrounding villages. I have performed this role since 2022. I joined Durham Constabulary in 2006 as a PCSO and became a PC within the organisation in 2008. Over the last 17 years I have performed various operational roles; Response PC, Sgt and Insp, Hate Crime Insp and Alcohol Harm Reduction Insp and now NPT Insp. I enjoy this role as it enables me to build community relationships, address local issues, prevent crime and pursue criminals.

I am the Neighbourhood Sergeant for Peterlee and the surrounding villages. I absolutely love community policing and making our neighbourhood a safer place. My team and I are dedicated to making the local area a safer and happier place to live. I hope to see you all around on my patrols.

Hi, my name is Terry Hill, I am the Neighbourhood Sergeant for Peterlee and surrounding villages. I have been a Police Officer for over 22 years and have been in Neighbourhoods for over ten years. I enjoy the everyday interaction with the community that comes with a Neighbourhood Sergeants role and am proud of the dedication my team have in having a positive impact in their communities

Hi I'm Dave and I cover Wheatley Hill, Thornley and Shotton. I have recently returned to neighborhoods as a PC having previously worked as a PCSO.

I am the PC covering Shotton Colliery and have over 4 years in policing, just recently moving over to Peterlee Neighbourhood policing team. My role consists of tackling a wide range of issues, including tackling and disrupting organised crime groups and supporting the local community with issues of ASB and off road bike nuisance. I am dedicated to making a real difference and will continue to build up positive relationships in the community I serve.

I am the PCSO covering Shotton Colliery and have over three years experience in community policing. My job role focuses on building relationships. addressing community concerns through various avenues and working with partner agencies. I'm committed to being as visible as I can be and will continue to build public confidence through proactive engagement.
