I am the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) Inspector for Durham City and the surrounding villages, including Framwellgate Moor and Meadowfield Section Office and Sherburn Road Section Office.
I joined Durham Constabulary in 2003 and have worked in various operational roles throughout the organisation, including response, crime team, custody and neighbourhoods.
I have been in Durham Constabulary for several years working in various positions such as, alcohol licensing, response Policing, neighbourhood policing, and now in a new role as the Sergeant at Sherburn Neighbourhood Team.
I am committed to reducing crime and improving public confidence.
I hope to connect with the community and make the area safer for everyone.
My team and I work out of Sherburn Police Station, if you would like to speak to us feel free to pop in or contact us by email.
I’ve proudly served with Durham Constabulary for over seven years.
For the past three years, I’ve been part of the Sherburn Neighbourhood Policing Team, where I work closely with the community to help reduce crime, tackle local issues, and build strong relationships. Before that, I was on the Durham City Response Team, where I gained valuable experience in fast-paced, frontline policing.
I’m also a qualified drone pilot, which allows me to support operations with aerial surveillance and improve our response in a range of situations.
I started working for Durham Constabulary towards the end of 2025. I currently cover Sherburn Village, Sherburn Hill, High Pittington, Littetown, Shadforth and Ludworth.
I recently set up SHOPWATCH for the Dragonville shops and will be popping into stores in the area.
I look forward to working alongside the public to reduce crime and Anti Social Behaviour.
