We understand the ongoing issues with illegal Off-Road Bikes and Electric Motorcycles that continue to cause harm to the community. The Neighbourhood Policing Team are continuously working to identify these drivers and where these bikes are being stored.
We continue to run Operation Endurance working alongside our Roads Police Unit to target, seize Off- Road/Electric Motorcycles and prosecute the Riders. This enforcement approach has led to successful seizures and ultimately the confiscation and crushing of many vehicles over the last few months.
As well as carrying Operation Endurance, the Neighbourhood Policing Team continue to conduct regular patrols in the areas of known hotspots.
