I have over 20 years’ experience working on the police front line. I worked previously in neighbourhood policing which I thoroughly enjoyed and was passionate about. I am excited to return to this role and I am here to work with our partners and ensure my team are focused on what our priorities are.

I have already witnessed for myself the impact electric and off-road bikes ridden around the streets and the town centre is having on the community. This dangerous, illegal, and anti-social behaviour is something I want our team to combat.

As an Inspector I have my own ethos of Care, Standards and Quality. Ensuring my team show real support and empathy with an excellent level of professional service to the public.

I am the Neighbourhood Police Sergeant for Darlington East Sections. I have been with Durham Constabulary for over 12 years, starting my career as a PCSO in Darlington before I joined as a Police Officer, I spent my years working as a Response Officer, until I was promoted to a Response Seargent. I moved to Neighbourhoods in 2024, where I look after a fantastic Team of Officers, who are committed to reducing Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour in Darlington. Alongside my duties as a Neighbourhood Sergeant, I am a Police Search Advisor, where I advise and deploy teams to conduct searches in relation to High Risk Missing Persons, Crime Scenes and Defensive Searches for High Profile Visits and Events.

I am a police constable based at Burnside Road in Darlington and I have been an officer with Durham Constabulary for 6 and a half years. Prior to joining Durham I was a Neighbourhood Warden for Durham County council for 11 years. I enjoy being proactive within the community, hopefully making a difference where possible. Over the years I have acquired various skills such as being a initial pursuit driver and trained in method of entry.

I have 18 years’ experience, I’ve been lucky enough to wear a few different uniforms over the years – 3 as a Special Constable, 3 as a PCSO and 12 as a Police Constable. I spent a decade in response policing and thought I had seen it all, yet everyday brings a new challenge, these days I am now on the Beat working proactively within the community, looking to solve problems affecting the community before they escalate, hopefully making a difference where it counts.

I am a police constable based at Burnside Road in Darlington and I have been an officer with Durham Constabulary for 5 and a half years. Prior to joining Durham I was a special constable with the British Transport Police for 2 years. I enjoy being proactive within the community and take a keen interest in roads policing. I am also a qualified lost person search manager which is an invaluable skill in assisting in locating high risk missing persons.

I am a Police Community Support Officer, and I joined Durham Constabulary in July 2024. I am based out of East Section of Darlington and cover Skerne Park and Park East. I work closely with the council to help tackle Antisocial behaviour and off road bikes.

I joined Durham Constabulary as a PCSO in 2022 and have been stationed at East Section on Burnside Road since I joined. I'm passionate about reducing antisocial behaviour and disrupting the people who cause harm to our community. Prior to joining the Police, I worked in a primary school within Darlington, and I value the strong partnership working we do with our local schools to provide positive engagement and education with young people.

Hello, my name is Kimberley Harrison, I have worked in the Policing family for 15 years. I started my career at the College of Policing back in 2012, where I worked as an Administrator for the Forensic Department. While at the College of Policing I enjoyed my role however I wanted to see what it was like as a front-line officer, so I joined Durham Constabulary as a Police Community Support Volunteer, I completed this role for 2 years before leaving my Volunteer role and the College of Policing to become a full time Police Community Support Officer.

I have been on the Neighbourhood Policing Team in Darlington for the last 5 years and I absolutely love it!
