I have over 20 years’ experience working on the police front line. I worked previously in neighbourhood policing which I thoroughly enjoyed and was passionate about. I am excited to return to this role and I am here to work with our partners and ensure my team are focused on what our priorities are.
I have already witnessed for myself the impact electric and off-road bikes ridden around the streets and the town centre is having on the community. This dangerous, illegal, and anti-social behaviour is something I want our team to combat.
As an Inspector I have my own ethos of Care, Standards and Quality. Ensuring my team show real support and empathy with an excellent level of professional service to the public.
I am a Police Constable currently working within the Neighbourhood Police Team covering the Cockerton section of Darlington. I started my career with Durham Constabulary in 2012 as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) working in Darlington Town Centre, during my time as PCSO I was able to build some great links within the community, which I have taken with me throughout my service. I become a Police Constable 2019 where I worked on a response team in Darlington before moving back to Neighbourhood Policing as a felt that this was where I could really help the community. I am trained in Public Order (PSU) I have been deployed to London and most recently the disorder in 2024, I am also trained as a Protest Removal officer.
I am a Neighbourhood Police Constable in Darlington. I began my career as a Police Officer 21 years ago and spent the first 17 years working as a response officer, I have spent the last 5 years working as a “Beat Bobby” covering the East region of Darlington. I really enjoy working within the community and having closer links with the people in it. I am fortunate to have been trained in many specialisms during my career, including being part of the Police Support Unit and being an Initial Pursuit Driver for many years. I am currently trained as one of Durham’s Drone Pilots, which allows me to be an extremely useful asset when it comes to tackling crime and disorder or locating vulnerable persons. I am very keen to attack the things which affect the quality of life for those who reside in our area such as the Anti Social use of vehicles and the supply and use of illegal drugs; working on the Neighbourhood Team allows me to apply more time to these and other important issues.
I am a Police Community Support Officer and have been in the role for six and a half years. Originally from Liverpool, I moved over to Darlington in 2018 and started my career covering the East of Darlington and for the past 3 years I have been covering the West end. My specific areas are Brinkburn, Faverdale, the Denes and Pierremont.
I enjoy working closely with my partner agencies and local councillors to help make these areas a nice place to live by combatting anti-social behaviour and by gathering intelligence to help reduce crime.
I have been a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) pounding the beat in Darlington for over 20 years and have worked in most of the beat areas in the town. I am currently covering, Cockerton, Branksome, Mowden, Hummersknott and the West End. Over my years I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing volunteers who go above and beyond to make their communities a better, safer and happier place to be and I’m proud to have been a part of that.
My current priority is to tackle addresses that are associated with selling drugs and reduce the ASB that comes along with that.
My name is Tyler, I am the PCSO for Branksome, West Park and Faverdale. I joined Durham Constabulary in June 2025, however have been within Durham Police since 2023 where I was a Youth Apprentice Worker. During my time within Durham, I have taught young people about Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). I am keen to tackle ASB and deal with people who cause problems for the community. I am also a Volunteer Police Cadets Leader, helping to develop and shape the future generation of PCs and PCSOs.
I am Temporary Sergeant 2805 Duncan-Kelf and oversee the areas of Cockerton and West Villages. I have worked for Durham Constabulary for 10 years with 9.5 years spent on Darlington Response. I was briefly away from the town for 5 months working with the Prisoner Handling Team at the Investigation Hub however I am back and it feels great. I am looking forward to getting back out onto the streets of Darlington in this new role within the Neighbourhood Policing Team, building connections with partners and working together to make Darlington a safer place.
