MyDurham Portal
Durham Constabulary has introduced the MyDurham Portal. This is for use by people that have reported a crime. By logging in to the portal, you can:
- Track the progress of your report
- Follow any developments in the investigation
- See a timeline of events through the investigation
- Direct message the officer in charge of your case
- And receive direct response
- View previous crimes you have reported
You will also receive notifications to your email and phone when updates or messages are added.
Eligible crimes
We are currently only using the MyDurham portal for the crimes listed below. We hope to expand this in the future.
- Criminal damage
- Theft
- Violence against the person
- Burglary - residential
- Robbery - personal
- Public order
You must be over 18 to use this service.
If you have provided details (including date of birth, email address and phone number) and are reporting one of the listed crimes you will be eligible to use the portal.
