Man charged following death of Dean Fishwick

A man has been charged with murder following the death of Dean Fishwick.

Officers were called to an address in Thames Road, Peterlee, shortly before midnight on Wednesday, September 23.

Mr Fishwick, 51, was found to have suffered stab wounds and was taken to hospital.

Sadly, he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Kenneth Fishwick, 53, of Peterlee, has been charged with murder and has been remanded in custody.

He will appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court this morning.

A 73-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed and a 77-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation.
