A burglar has been put back before the court following several offences in the Durham area.
Bailey DiCaprio appeared at Peterlee Magistrates’ Court on July 3, charged with burglary, theft and a public order offence.
The 29-year-old, of Durham, pleaded guilty to all charges and was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, as well as being ordered to pay £703 in compensation.
Your neighbourhood team will continue to arrest, seek charges and put offenders like DiCaprio before the courts.
