New PCSO recruits join Durham

On Monday (November 3), 12 new PCSOs popped on their uniform for the very first time as they embarked on day one of training.

The new recruits were officially welcomed into the force by Chief Constable Rachel Bacon as she popped by their training centre in Meadowfield.

The recruits will take part in a full training course before pairing up with dedicated mentors and joining their new teams in December.
