This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I can confirm that the information requested is held in part by Durham Constabulary. With regards to Print and Mail Room functionalities as well as external printing, there are no current contracts in place. Furthermore, Durham Constabulary does not hold information with respect to full time equivalent staff for the Mail Room operations as this is only one of many key responsibilities of designated personnel as opposed to a standalone role.
