Durham Police & Crime Commissioner’s Office

Location: Locations across County Durham and Darlington

Salary: £24,813 Spot Salary per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday – flexible working scheme applies.

Job type: Fixed Term – 11 Months. Secondments are welcome from Neighbouring Forces, local authorities or the probation services.


About the role:

The Office of the Durham Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can provide project support in relation the Government’s Safer Streets Initiative around Reducing Neighbourhood Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, providing Safer Spaces and tackling Violence against Women and Girls across County Durham and Darlington.

Qualifications / Experience Test
Essential: Minimum 4 GCSE’s (A-C) including English and Maths or other evidence of equivalent / higher academic qualification

Desirable: A relevant qualification in project management
