Welcome to the County Durham and Darlington Local Resilience Forum (LRF) Website.The purpose of the site is to provide information and advice about actions to take to ensure that residents, visitors and businesses in County Durham and Darlington are ready to respond to incidents and, wherever possible, to reduce their impact.
At times of emergency, the website will be used to publish information about what is happening, how the incident is being addressed and by whom, and potentially how the public can assist.
