Key areas of work being taken forward at present by Dave and his team include:
- Development of plans to deliver a first class, citizen focussed service
- Implementation of the Policing Pledge
- Delivery of the force improvement and efficiency programme
- Significant change projects to develop the estate & technology
Dave has previously carried out a range of operational policing roles across Durham Constabulary as well as being the Business Change Manager as a Superintendent enabling him to develop a good understanding of how the organisation works and how it needs to be developed for the future.
