Speak slowly and clearly; stay calm. Do not shout.
Be ready to provide:
- The location of the incident.
- Your name, address, post-code and telephone number.
- Details of what has happened or is happening.
These details could include:
- Whether anyone has been injured
- Whether any weapons have been used, including descriptions.
- Are the offenders still there?
- A description of the offenders
- A registration number, make and colour of any vehicles. Any direction of travel from the scene
