Non-Emergency Calls
When you dial the Single Non Emergency Number, you will normally be connected to the police switchboard operator and transferred to the appropriate person or department. You may be connected to someone in one of our communication's centres, which is probably NOT your local station.
If you want to speak to a specific member of staff or department and know the direct number, please use it. It will help us deal with urgent calls more quickly.
If you have a speech or hearing impairment ring 0191 375 2090 (Minicom) or use Typetalk.
