If you want advice and the attendance of police officer or other member of staff, is not required, then you may be connected to our Help Desk.
We try to staff this facility between 8 am and 9 pm.
If the lines are busy, you may be asked to leave your contact details and a brief account of the nature of your enquiry on an answer machine.
Someone will re-contact you as soon as they are available. Dealing with your call this way gives us more time to deal with urgent issues.
